I don't get it. We have a logistics cap ship now. It's called the Rorqual. Yes, it's limited to the jump range of a Dread, but it has 10k m3 corp hangar, 20k cargo before any expansion or rigs (w/ 3 expander II's and 3 T1 cargo rigs that's 63045 ...
